Great video, I am surprised they replaced the 787-9 with the 330-300 and 330-200 for this route How do you compare the 330 to the 787 for this route? I cant complain as I like the 2-4-2 better. Cheers

Grat video, Just what I needed I wonder if they stop using their 777 and 787-9 for KL662 and KL661. I am doing this route next month, but my reservation calls for the A330-200 instead from IAH to AMS, and A300-300 for AMS-IAH. Cheers

KLM A330-300's will be withdraw from use thats why they do not put new interior in it I think.

I appreciate that they provided 2 hot meals. I took Lufthansa from FRA to IAH and the second meal was a cold sandwich, small yogurt, and chocolate bar, despite the schedule flight time of 10+ hours.

Why didn't you show us the bed made up for sleeping? That's the reason I booked first class on Delta and ended up getting KLM business. One way from Houston, Texas via the obligatory stop in Atlanta to board the KLM 330 to Amsterdam then to Edinburgh for over $7000! You're not showing me the sleeping part. Not impressed by the food and drink.

Was there free alcohol on this flight ?

well, no profit for klm on this empty flight in the old polluting A330. When do they skip this plane? went with it in BC towards Havana when they 'stole' it from MP. Now you have to fly through Paris or Madrid which dislike a lot.

I fly this route about three times a year. Unfortunately, KLM has been using the older A330’s this year. In the past they used the new 787’s. But always good crew and service.

I fly this route about three times a year. Always enjoy KLM. Unfortunately, they started using the A330 earlier this year instead of the 787. Nice job filming it.

The food options for main course are a joke!!! And sorry to say, but your choice for main course looks absolutly disgusting. I wouldn't eat anything. Actually the quality of KLM food in their Business Class is more or less far far behind Eco food in Emirates and Co. Even Lufthansa offers better quality!!!
